Designed for Smart Cities, our new Buildings in Motion integrate an Artificial Intelligence system that allows them to adapt in real time, autonomously, to weather conditions and the conditions of use of the space.
Designed to respond to the Paris Agreement Goals, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and incorporating the principles of the New European Bauhaus, the Buildings In Motion are Energy-Positive, maintaining the principle of allowing clean energy surpluses to be used in charging electric vehicles (cars, bicycles, scooters, …).

Homes of the Future
The Homes of the Future are smart, sustainable homes capable of interacting with those who inhabit them, always guaranteeing the best comfort.
With Casas Em Movimento’s technology, these houses allow you to have different views throughout the day and without having to change rooms, and also have the ability to adapt the spaces to your needs at every moment (for example, during the morning, the kitchen can have only 20m2, but with the rotation movement, at the end of the day, the kitchen and living room can be united in a single room, with 60m2, so that the whole family can be together).
The surplus of clean energy will also allow you to supply electric vehicles, combining the sustainability of living with the sustainability of mobility.
Resort of the Future
The Resorts of the Future produce at least as much energy as they consume, being 100% self-sufficient. They will also produce enough surplus energy to supply electric vehicles / other infrastructure.
They also comprise state-of-the-art technology in the area of interaction with the user, allowing them can customize their entire experience through a simple mobile APP or voice commands.
